Olympic Coffee and Roasting

Greetings from the distaff side of Olympic ownership. I invite you to come to "olycaffe" and make yourselves at home. This autumn, we are especially enjoying the creativity and hard work of our kitchen staff. Judy Navarro, who has been cooking for us for
many months, has been joined by her husband Ray. Both have extensive food service backgrounds. Ray, who is the director of food, has hired professional baker Ron Theofelis. These folks are not only serving breakfast and lunch, but also providing families and organizations with many catered menus.

Soon, "olycaffe" will offer dinner several evenings a week. Please remember us also when you feel like enjoying appetizers, beer, and wine.

All of us at Olympic Coffee would like to thank you for sharing with us your cyber world. We're trying new things in the kitchen to better suit your needs! In this harried and hurried world, somehow all of us have got to stop to take the time to listen to our bodies!

Even if it is the same old song, all of us can agree the body appreciates a different tune.
Grab and go is catchy! Sung by Savory and the Scones. Cut on flower and butter, the main players of ham and Tillamook blend with the scallions section to build a heap of nutrition that soothes the body and soul. Sharing the bill will be Faccacia Bread and the Sandwich Meats, The Flying Burritos, and Pastry Girls. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Roasters Corner

Brooke has ordered some new great coffees for the Holidays. These will be packaged in festive bags from two ounce to one pound. Each coffee will be well explained and dare we ask you to purchase some to share with friends and relatives. Gift packaging and UPS will be available in the store.
